FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to serious illness, injury, power outage or disastrous occurrences beyond GoodGirlVA’s control such as: fire/explosions, theft, war/invasion/terrorism, computer failure, and other Acts of God, resulting in a delay of unpredictable duration, GoodGirlVA is committed to promptly informing the Client and providing regular updates on the situation.

GOOD VIBES ONLY

GoodGirlGFX reserves the right to refuse/terminate working with any clients who are unnecessarily rude/disrespectful, difficult, combative. GoodGirlGFX is open to feedback but any slander, cursing, disrespect or defamation will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This will result in immediate project termination and blockage from communicating and booking with GoodGirlGFX in the future. It's GOOD vibes only over here

GHOSTING

Client must provide all requested information required to complete the project in a timely manner. Any delays on your behalf will affect the turnaround time. Clients must keep consistent communication to prevent disappointment. After 30+ days of no communication from the client, projects will be subject to pay a $100 restart fee. After 60 days, the project will be labeled “Abandoned”, forfeited, and no refund shall be issued. The entire project will be wiped.

COMMUNICATION

All communication regarding will be done via e-mail or WhatsApp Business for paper trail purposes to avoid miscommunication and protect GoodGirlGFX and client from hearsay. The email/number used to communicate MUST match what the client put in their form.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time begins when payment and all required details are received from the client. Turnaround time varies by the client’s selected service(s). Turnaround times do not include times outside of operating hours. If there’s a delay to the project, the client will be notified.

Rush fees are available depending on the project. Same day projects are not accepted.

Operating Hours: Sunday - Thursday: 6AM - 6PM EST. 

Closed: Friday, Saturday & Islamic holidays.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. Due to the nature of services, once an order is in progress/labor has begun, refunds may not be issued under no circumstances. Refunds will only be issued at GoodGirlGFX discretion. By booking, client agrees to the no refund policy.

Payment instalments are available for all services above $600. Instalments can be split into 2-3. Purchases over $600 require a non-refundable 50% deposit, which is to be paid before the order is started. Once the order is complete, the remaining balance must be paid in order for final files to be delivered.

Interac E-transfer, Stripe & Wave Payments are accepted.
